By downloading, installing, or using the SmartCalc+ mobile application ("App") operated by Clear Echo Labs ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes through the App or via email.
SmartCalc+ is a mobile application that provides 200+ real-world calculators across categories including money, work, life, health, business, and more. The App is available as a free version with limited access and as a premium subscription ("SmartCalc+ Pro") with full access to all features.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SmartCalc+. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
The free version of SmartCalc+ provides access to 20 selected calculators and limited calculation history (up to 3 saved calculations). Free features may change at our discretion.

All content, features, functionality, design, and code of SmartCalc+ are owned by Clear Echo Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The SmartCalc+ name, logo, and all related names, logos, and product names are trademarks of Clear Echo Labs.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
SmartCalc+ is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Important: SmartCalc+ provides calculations for informational and educational purposes only. Results should not be considered professional financial, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clear Echo Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clear Echo Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature within the App's Settings or by contacting us at connect@clearecholabs.com.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas, USA.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clear Echo Labs regarding your use of SmartCalc+, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
