Clear Echo Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates the SmartCalc+ mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By using SmartCalc+, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: If you create an account, we may collect your email address and display name.
- Calculation Data: Inputs and results from your calculations are stored locally on your device by default. If you opt into cloud backup, this data may be synced to our servers.
- Support Requests: If you contact us for support, we collect the information you provide in your message, including your email address.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: App usage patterns, features accessed, session duration, and crash reports to help us improve the App.
- Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics to understand how users interact with the App.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your precise location data.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

- Provide, maintain, and improve the SmartCalc+ App
- Process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions
- Send service-related notifications (e.g., updates, security alerts)

4. Data Storage & Security
Your calculation data is stored locally on your device by default. SmartCalc+ is designed with a privacy-first approach — your data stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data transmitted to our servers, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The SmartCalc+ App does not use browser cookies. However, we may use the following technologies:
- Analytics SDKs: We use anonymized analytics to understand app usage. These do not track you across other apps or websites.
- Crash Reporting: We use crash reporting tools to identify and fix bugs. Crash reports may include device information and app state at the time of the crash.
- Advertising Identifiers: We do not use advertising identifiers or serve targeted ads within the App.
6. Third-Party Services
SmartCalc+ may integrate with the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For app distribution and in-app purchase processing. Subject to Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.
- RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat processes purchase data in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Analytics Providers: For anonymized usage analytics to help us improve the App.

7. Children's Privacy
SmartCalc+ is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data. You can also delete your account and all associated data directly within the App's Settings.
- Data Portability: Export your calculation history as a CSV file from within the App.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of analytics collection by adjusting your device settings.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Locally stored data remains on your device until you clear it or delete the App.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
